Ready for SIMPLON's powerhouse 2.0? Thanks to its high-quality carbon frame, the Rapcon Pmax CX is a true lightweight and equipped with specific features and plenty of power. This makes the e-mountain bike the sporty choice for summit strikers who want to master demanding tours with little effort.
The e-mountain bike is made for steep climbs: even extreme ascents are easily mastered thanks to the powerful Bosch CX motor and the standard 750 Wh battery capacity. For even more agile handling, a smaller 27.5-inch rear wheel can be fitted without affecting the balanced geometry.
DETAILS
The carbon frame of the Rapcon Pmax CX has it all. It is extremely light and equipped with the Slide-In Battery function. This means that the battery is pushed into the closed down tube from below. There is enough space above the battery to store a spare inner tube. The down tube remains extremely slim thanks to the special cable routing and other technical tricks.
The previous version of the Rapcon Pmax CX has already made a name for itself among e-mountain bikers as a true powerhouse with low weight. In the new edition, a few grams have been saved again, while at the same time it has gained in range and stiffness. The result: maximum riding pleasure with adventurous lightness.
Technically demanding passages as well as steep climbs can be ridden without any problems. Long, lowerable seatposts ensure maximum freedom of movement on technically demanding passages. Even wheel load distribution, optimal handling and maximum safety are guaranteed by the Xi-Geometry: the technological miracle for a frame size-specific length of the chainstays.
FEATURES
As standard, the E-MTB is equipped with a 750 Wh battery that slides into the battery shaft from below. Optionally, versions with 500 Wh or 625 Wh can also be used. Note: The 500 Wh battery can be selected in the configurator.
Small change with big effect for more agility and freedom of movement: With the Mullet option, a 27.5" wheel is mounted on the rear wheel to adjust the geometry via flip chip.
While the special cable routing in the top tube ensures a slim look, the Smart Headset creates a tidy design.
