Handling of returns and complaints

  1. Careful packing

    Please ensure that the items you wish to return are properly packaged and remove or tape over old barcodes/shipping labels on the box.

  2. Fill in the cancellation form

    Please take the time to fill out our cancellation form and enclose it with the package, or send it to us by e-mail. DOWNLOAD (PDF, 87KB). If you have ordered a bicycle from us that was delivered to you by GO! Express, please contact us directly by e-mail.

  3. Create return label

    From now on, you can create and print out the return label yourself via a link. The costs of the return shipment are not borne by us, but by you as the customer. You can easily create a return label in the table below.

  4. Take a parcel to the post office

    After you have printed out the return label and attached it to the package, take it to the nearest post office. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the purchase amount to the corresponding payment method.
